One might get mixed thoughts from the trailers for "Kick-Ass". As we know, trailers are our ‘first look’ at upcoming movies due for release and are also used while a movie is in release to create more interest to see the movie. The term "trailer" comes from their having originally been shown at the end of a movie being watched in a theater. That practice didn’t last long, because most moviegoers tend to leave the theater after the movies ended, but the name has stuck. Trailers are now shown before the film begins.
